What this site is.

This site explains the IT services we offer to small businesses in the Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, and Kent area. Nothing on this site is a binding offer, contract, or guarantee until both sides agree to a specific job in writing.

Services.

Most of our work is project and as-needed (break-fix). The work for any given job is agreed in writing before we start.

• No monthly contract and no long-term lock-in.
• You get a flat quote for the project up front. If the job turns out to need more than we quoted, we talk to you before doing the extra work, not after.
• Any hardware we buy on your behalf is yours, and any accounts and logins we set up are in your name.

Money.

• Projects are quoted as a flat price before work begins.
• Hardware and third-party services (phones, cameras, software subscriptions) are billed at cost plus a reasonable markup, shown to you up front.
• We accept credit card, ACH, and check.

Honest limits.

We do the work carefully and stand behind it. If something we set up is not working the way we said it would, tell us and we will make it right. That said, technology has moving parts we do not control (internet providers, manufacturers, software vendors), so we cannot promise nothing will ever go wrong.

Some work is outside what we do, including HIPAA and medical EHR systems, formal compliance programs (SOC 2, CMMC, PCI), security audits and penetration testing, large multi-server enterprise networks, and home computer repair. If you need one of those, we will tell you and point you toward the right kind of provider.
