Why does our WiFi keep dropping or slowing down?
Usually it is old or undersized gear, too many devices on one weak signal, or a router from the cable company doing a job it was never built for. We find the real cause instead of guessing, then fix it so it stays fixed.
Can you fix our current network, or only do new setups?
Both. We do fresh setups, and we clean up and steady networks that were put in poorly or have grown into a mess over the years.
Do you run the cabling too?
Yes. We handle the cabling and network drops: running cable, adding wall jacks, and labeling everything so it is easy to work on later.
Can you set it up so I can work securely from home?
Yes. We can set up secure remote access (a VPN) so you and your team can reach the office network from home or the road, without leaving anything open to the world.
Do you use Ubiquiti UniFi?
It is our go-to for small business. UniFi is reliable and gives you one simple dashboard for the whole network. If you already run something else, we can usually work with it.
